肛周局部封闭结合中药洁肤洗剂治疗肛周湿疹的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察和评价复方盐酸利多卡因局封加中药洁肤洗剂治疗肛周湿疹的临床疗效。方法:随机将患者分为治疗组(45例)与对照组(45例)。治疗组以复方盐酸利多卡因5ml于肛周皮损边缘进针,呈扇形皮下注射,每周一次;洁肤洗剂每日坐浴一次;对照组使用洁肤洗剂每日坐浴一次。结果:治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为95.56%和71.11%,治疗组症状恢复的正常时间均少于对照组,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:复方盐酸利多卡因局封加洁肤洗剂治疗肛周湿能够缩短疗程,显著改善临床症状,提高疗效。Objective：To observe and evaluate the effect of compound lidocaine hydrochloride partial closure plus medicine cleansing lotion treated perianal eczema.Method：90 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（45 patients） and control group（45 patients）.Treatment group were given 5ml of compound lidocaine hydrochloride in the perianal skin lesions with fan-shaped subcutaneous injection once a week,and cleansing lotion were given once a day;the control group were given only cleansing lotion once a day.Results：the effective rates were 95.56% and 71.11% of treatment group and control group,the symptom recovery time of treatment group were less than the control group,there have significant difference between two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion：compound lidocaine hydrochloride partial closure plus medicine cleansing lotion could shorten the course of perianal eczema,and increase clinical efficacy.
