息风止痛颗粒活血化瘀及急性毒性实验研究

摘　　要：目的考察息风止痛颗粒的活血化瘀作用及急性毒性。方法采用胶原蛋白-肾上腺素诱发小鼠体内血栓,观察对血栓形成影响;采用比浊法,观察对血小板聚集的影响;采用最大给药量法,观察急性毒性。结果息风止痛颗粒能抑制胶原蛋白-肾上腺素诱发小鼠体内血栓形成;抑制血小板聚集;未见急性毒性反应。结论息风止痛颗粒具有活血化瘀作用,未见急性毒性反应。Objective To study on the effect of Xifengzhitong granule on activating blood circulation and eliminating stasis function and acute toxicity.Methods The mice thrombosis induced by the collagen protein-adrenaline were observed,the influence of platelet aggregation were observed by the turbidity method,and the acute toxicity were observed by the maximum quantity method.Results The collagen protein-adrenaline induced mice thrombosis were restrained by Xifengzhitong granule,the platelet aggregation were inhibited,and no acute toxicity reaction in mice were observed.Conclusion The blood circulation and eliminate stasis were activated by Xifengzhitong granule and the acute toxicity reaction were not observed.
