摘 要:本文在查阅大量国内外文献的基础上,通过回顾手术机器人的发展历史,总结全球急增的装机数量和手术例数,阐述其工作原理、技术优势、国内外应用现状、目前存在问题和未来发展方向,充分论证了手术机器人技术和临床应用的快速发展,目前已几乎应用到外科所有领域,手术机器人开创了临床外科新纪元。By referring to a large number of domestic and foreign literature, and based on retrospective history of development in surgical robot technology, this paper summarizes the global surge in the number of installed surgical robots and surgical operation cases, expounds its working principles, technical advantages, status quo of its applications at home and abroad, the existing problems and future directions of development, and then it fully demonstrates the rapid development of surgical robotic technology and clinical applications. At present, this technology has been applied to nearly all areas of surgery, and surgical robot is creating a new era of clinical surgery.
