摘  要:采用高效复合酸对华北某电厂600 MW机组钛管凝汽器进行了化学清洗,结果表明:针对其结垢特点选择高效复合酸作为清洗剂对凝汽器清洗,清洗后凝汽器管内的垢被完全清除;机组重新启动后,凝汽器端差明显降低,真空度上升,煤耗降低,机组的效率得到提高,经济效益显著。The chemical cleaning with efficient composite acid was conducted for titanium tube condenser of 600 MW unit in a power plant in North China,the results showed that efficient composite acid selected for cleaning condenser tube based on its fouling characteristics could completely remove the fouling inside the condenser tube.After the unit started again,the terminal temperature difference of condenser was reduced significantly,the degree of vacuum rose,the coal consumption rate decreased,the unit efficiency and economic benefits improved significantly.
