摘　　要：根据承钢150 t炼钢系统预留的RH位置,新建的双工位RH真空精炼装置的工艺布置和设备选型充分运用了新技术、新工艺,实现了运行成本低、生产流程顺畅、衔接紧凑、效能最大化的设计目标。This paper introduces chenggang RH vacuum refining furnace. The author expounds the technique and equipment as well as the main design types of the refining furnace. According to the process flow and production management, the designer adopts many advanced techniques such as compact process, high efficient steam pump, etc. Production results show that under the current processing conditions very satisfactory results of refining have been achieved.
