摘　　要：在过去的20多年时间里,河北省对外贸易进入了一个高速发展的阶段,但出口效益低下,竞争力较弱。这种粗放型的发展方式导致了贸易的不和谐,与河北环境、资源约束的矛盾越来越突出,贸易摩擦增多。因此,转变外贸发展方式,实现对外贸易可持续发展成为当务之急。In the past 20 years, Hebei＇s foreign trade has entered into a rapid development stage, but it is still less efficient and less competitive, which has led to trade disharmony. The contradiction between the extensive growth mode and constraints in the environment, resource of our province is increasingly prominent. Trade friction is increasing. We must change the foreign trade development mode. This is an urgent requirement for achieving sustainable development of foreign trade.
