公共营造物主体规制问题探析

摘　　要：通过规制组织机构的主体方面再造以及事前听证、事中监督、事后评估实现对程序的控制等两个维度,引入公共营造物行政法理论来研究景区管理问题应对策略,拟从学理上实现景区票价的管制完善。Considering the reconfiguration of regulation organization and control of procedures which include hearing before the event, mid - supervision, estimation after the event, this article introduces the administrative law theory of public installation to look for the scenic area management strategies, in hoping to achieve the perfect regulation of scenic spots fares control.
