摘 要:果树生产是一个技术要求比较高、劳动投入比较大的产业,劳动力是影响果树生产的首要因素。采用典型抽样调查和访谈调查方法,调查结果,果农存在年龄偏大、文化程度偏低、部分果农亚健康的问题;果农技术掌握程度较好,但新果农技术有待提高,果树生产费工多,以家庭劳力为主,比较辛苦;果农果业收入比较高,还存在其它收入,对收入和生活满意程度比较高;但是,果农子女已经以上学和打工为主,从事果业的很少,而且果农愿意子女从事果业的很少,果业危机明显存在。以劳动力为核心来配置果树生产是果树可持续发展的关键,尤其应该培育新型果农。The fruit production is a technology-demanding and labor-intensive industry, so the labor force plays an important role in the fruit production.Based on investigations and interviews of typical samples of Lingyi, Yuncheng,it shows that fruit farmers are rather elderly with low level education and partial sub-health; they master skills but need to be improved; they work long hours; they are satisfied with their life due to relatively higher income but their children have been at school or work outside as they are not willing to engage in orchard at home, so there is a crisis in fruit industry production.The key to the sustainable development of fruit industry is to allocate production resources with labor force as core especially cultivating the new fruit farmer.
