摘　　要：就农村劳动力还处于人力资本初始积累的特定阶段而言,劳动力的选择性转移对农业生产的影响是极为有限的。然而随着选择性转移的持续推进,随着现代农业技术对人力资本敏感程度的不断提高,劳动力选择性转移对农业生产的制约作用将进一步凸显。这一假说可以为基于甘肃1990～2008年时间序列数据的实证分析所支持。Selective transfer of labor force has limited negative effect on the agricultural production in the initial rural human capital accumulation.However, as selective transfer continues and the sensitivity of modern agricultural technology to human capital increases, labor force＇s selective transfers will further highlight its constraints on agricultural production. The hypothesis is supported by empirical analysis based on the Time Series data of 1990～2008in Gansu province.
