西北民族地区农民专业合作社的发展对策研究——基于青海省互助县农民专业合作社的实证分析

摘　　要：农民专业合作社是农村合作经济组织的主要形式之一,是由农民自发组织起来的经济组织。农民专业合作社的迅猛发展不仅带动了农民增收致富,而且使得农民加入合作社的积极性高涨。在阐述西北民族地区农民专业合作社现状的基础上,重点针对青海省互助县农民专业合作社发展现状、主要成效以及面临的困难和问题进行了分析。根据国家有关深化农村改革的方针和政策,结合实际提出今后农民专业合作社发展的思路和对策,以加快农业产业化进程,推动农村经济繁荣。Specialized farmer cooperative is one of the main forms of rural economic organization, which is organized spontaneously by farmers.The rapid development of specialized farmer cooperatives not only increased the income of farmers,b ut also aroused farmer＇s enthusiasm.This paper expounded the present situation and analyzed main achievements and difficulties and problems of the specialized farmer cooperatives in the minority area.Based on the relevant policies of deepening the reform of village and practices, it also proposed countermeasures which will speed up agricultural industrialization and promote rural economic prosperity.
