摘　　要：数字化管理因其独特优点而日趋普遍化,国土资源业务档案的特殊性而使其数字化管理系统独具特色。本文以焦作市国土资源业务档案管理系统为研究对象,采用了先进的计算机网络技术、空间数据库技术、图像处理技术、数字化加工技术等等,对数字化管理系统进行了构建与设计,使是国土资源的管理跃上一个新台阶,大大提高了地籍管理的质量、效率和水平。Digitalization management becomes increasingly generalized as a result of its particular advantages. The distinctiveness of professional archives of land and resources gives rise to the digital management system with unique characteristics. The professional archives management system of the land and resources in Jiaozuo is taken as the research object in this paper, and the digital management system is constructed and designed by the use of advanced computer network technology, space database technology, image processing technology, the digital processing technology and so on, which makes the management of land and resources step onto a new stage, and greatly improves the quality, the efficiency and the level of cadastre management.
