农民组织化的利益集团理论分析——以张家口市为例

摘　　要：中国农民组织化面临着难得历史机遇,也表现出阶段性特征。产生于西方的利益集团理论对中国农民组织化的性质和功能具有一定的解释力。利益集团理论对中国农民组织化提供了有益的启示:第一,重视农民专业合作社在政府过程中的利益表达、意见综合等方面的作用;第二,培育农民政治企业家,提高农民组织化程度;第三,探索规范有效的农民专业合作社运行机制。Chinese farmer organizations are faced with a rare historical opportunity,and also show the stage characteristics.Interest Group Theory produced in the West can be employed to explain the nature and functions of Chinese farmer organizations to some extent.The theory provides Chinese farmer organizations with a useful insight that the functions of interest articulation and opinion composition of farmer specialized cooperatives in the process of government needs much attention,farmer political entrepreneurs needs cultivating and the rate of farmer organizations needs improving,and it is necessary to explore the regular and effective operation mechanism of farmer specialized cooperatives.
