基于农业发展需要的农科本科人才培养模式改革探索

摘　　要：阐述了农业发展对农业科技人才的迫切需要,分析了农科本科人才培养中存在的问题,并以河北北方学院为例,通过转变思想观念、科学定位人才培养目标、优化课程体系、改革教学内容与教学方式、加强实践教学等措施,进一步深化农科本科人才培养模式的改革。Base on the examples of Hebei North University,the paper expounds the urgent need of agricultural science and technology talents in the agricultural development and analyzes the problems in training agricultural undergraduates.The paper thinks that the reformation of training modes of agricultural undergraduates can be deepened further through the measures such as the change of concepts,the scientific orientation of training purpose,the optimization of curriculum system,the reformation of teaching content and methods,and the enhancement of practice teaching.
