摘 要:介绍了一起500 kV变电站35 kV干式电抗器着火故障现象和设备损坏情况,通过对电抗器解体分析,结合保护动作信息和故障录波图等方面对电抗器故障的原因进行了认真分析,确定故障发生的原因是调匝环在设计(安装位置)、制造工艺以及材料的选用等方面存在问题。针对本次故障暴露出的问题,从电抗器调匝环的选用、安装位置、在线测温和短路保护技术研究等方面提出了事故防范措施,对干式电抗器的安全运行具有一定的参考价值。This paper introduces the phenomena of the fired fault and damage of a 35 kV dry-type reactor in 500 kV substation. Based disassembling the reactor and combining with the protection acting information as well as fault wave chart, the fault reasons are analyzed. And it is determined that the problems are due to the design (installation position) ,manufacture technics and raw materials of the adjustable loop. Aiming to the problems of such fault, some antifauh measures are given aspects such as selection and installation position of the through adjustable loop, the technical research of online temperature measuring and short circuit protection. It has certain reference value to the dry-type reactor safe operation.
