摘 要:夏42-斜2井是在玉皇庙地区夏42断块构造高部位上的一口滚动井,在东二段底部和沙一段底部均有火成岩裂缝性地层,地层压力系数较低(不超过1.08),钻进中极易发生井漏,固井时易发生水泥浆漏失,导致固井施工失败。夏42-斜2井采取反常规固井作业,不再僵化地坚持“先堵漏再固井”的传统方案,而是采用低密度水泥浆固井技术,配合全井换轻质钻井液的技术,并采用以下现场技术措施:以完钻循环钻井液排量作为固井施工中替浆排量的上限,避免因排量过大压漏地层;优化水泥浆初凝时间和初凝到终凝的过渡时间,使水泥浆填充到位后快速达到凝胶强度,保证了固井施工一次成功。封固质量优良。Mud and cement loss frequently take place during drilling and cementing operations in the block of Xia 421 mainly caused by its low pressure gradient and fractured reservoir. Lightweight slag cement was applied in Well Xia 42-Xie 2. instead of plugging before cementing. Lightweight drilling fluid (1. 02 g/cm3) was pumped in to displace the original heavy mud. and slag MTC slurry as low as 1. 30 g/cm3 was used to isolate the formation above production zone. Micro-sphere cement slurry with a density of 1. 45 g/ cm3 was pumped in the production zone, to assure the cementing quality. Additional benefits were achieved by using this lightweight system, as effective hole cleaning and improved displacement.
