摘　　要：基于14省市种业企业问卷调查,综合运用SPSS统计软件,对种业企业选择植物品种权的影响因素的重要程度进行描述性统计分析。分析认为:种业企业选择植物品种权的主要来源是农业科研院所和农业高校;影响植物品种权人信誉度的重要因素为品种权人的科研实力、品牌与知名度;植物品种权产权完整性和新品种质量是评价植物品种权产权属性的重要因素;交易成本高低和交易信息完善程度是评价植物品种权交易平台与中介的重要因素;合同履约率和品种权价格高低是影响植物品种权交易合同实现情况的重要因素;新品种质量与增产潜力是影响新品种开发与市场竞争性的重要因素。据此提出相应政策建议,以激励植物品种权的创造、促进植物品种权的快速交易与有效实施。Based on the questionnaires of seed enterprises in 14 provinces,using SPSS statistical software,this paper makes a descriptive statistical analysis of the importance of factors of seed enterprises＇ PVRs selection.Analysis show that the major source of PVRs are agricultural research institutes and agricultural universities;The factors that affect PVRs holders＇ credibility are their research strength,brand and reputation;The PVRs＇ integrity and the new variety＇ quality are important factors to evaluate PVRs property;The transaction costs and the transaction information sophistication are important factors to evaluate PVRs trading platform and intermediaries;The contract compliance rate and the price are important factors to affect the trading contracts achievement of PVRs;The quality and yield potential of new variety is the most important factor in its development and market competition.Accordingly,the recommendations are put forward to promote PVRs＇ innovation,rapid transaction and efficient implementation.
