摘 要:目的研究漳州古雷半岛病媒生物种类及鼠传疾病本底基线水平,为港区及地方卫生行政部门的媒介生物及鼠传疾病防制提供科学依据。方法蚊类采用人工小时法;蠓类在日落后采用紫外灯诱蠓法;蝇类采用诱蝇笼捕集法;蜚蠊采用广口瓶诱捕法;鼠类采用鼠笼诱捕法;蚤类、蜱类、螨类与鼠类同时进行。结果本次调查发现蚊类有2亚科3属4种,以致倦库蚊为优势蚊种。蚊类活动全年有两个高峰,分别为3~5月份和11~12月份。蝇类共有5科10属15种,以大头金蝇为优势蝇种,消长曲线为单峰型,5月份达到高峰,之后逐渐下降。蜚蠊共2科2属5种,以美洲大蠊为优势蠊种。鼠类有2科3属5种,以褐家鼠为优势鼠种,全年平均密度为12.26%,于5月和9月各有一个高峰。鼠体蚤类只发现印鼠客蚤一种,并发现染有革螨5种,以毒棘厉螨为优势种。鼠肺检出流行性出血热抗原阳性1份,宿主为褐家鼠。结论基本摸清了漳州古雷半岛媒介生物的种群构成和季节消长情况,为今后开展媒介生物的防制,控制媒介传染病提供科学资料。The objective was to understand the biomedicine vector background and rodent-borne diseases in Gulei Penin- sula in Zhangzhou and provide references for the prevention and control of biomedicine vectors and insect-borne infectious disea ses for port of entry and local health department. Artificial-hour method was employed in mosquito investigation. Ultraviolet light method was employed in midge investigation after sunset. The cage entrapment was employed in fly, rodent and cockroach investigation throughout the year. Same methods were conducted in the capture of rodent body collection of fleas,mites and ground beetles. Results showed that mosquitoes caught belong to 2 subfamilies, 3 genera,4 species and culeac pipiens paiiens was the dominant species. The active peaks of mosquitoes appeared in March to May and November to December. The 14553 flies were collected,and they were 5 subfamilies, 10 genera, 15 species. Chrysomya megacephala was the dominant species. The active peak of flies appeared in May. Cockroaches were subjected to 2 subfamilies, 2 genera,5 species. Periplaneta americana was the dominant species. Rodents belonged to 2 subfamilies,3 genera, 5 species. Rattus norwegicus was the dominant species. The average population density of rodents was 12.26%. The active peaks of rodents appeared in May and October. Only Xenopsylla cheopis was found in the capture of rodent body collection of fleas. Five species were found in the capture of rodent body collection of mites. Laelaps echidninus was the dominant species. The positive antigen of epidemic hemorrhagic fever was found in lung tissue of one Rattus norwegicus. It% concluded that biomedicine vectors species composition and seasonal growthdecline of Gulei Peninsula in Zhangzhou and provided scientific references for the prevention and control of biomedicine vectors and insect-borne infectious diseases.
