摘　　要：目的:确定祁木香的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验对祁木香提取工艺进行优选,以土木香内酯和异土木香内酯含量为指标,考察乙醇体积分数、溶剂用量、提取时间、提取次数4个因素的影响,采用HPLC进行含量测定。结果:最佳提取工艺为15倍量85%乙醇提取3次,每次1 h。结论:该优选提取工艺稳定可行、提取率高,为祁木香的提取提供科学依据。Objective：To determine optimum extraction technology of Inula helenium.Method：Orthogonal test was used to optimize extraction technology of I.helenium with the content of alantolactone and isoalantolactone as indexes.Effect of the concentration of ethanol,the amount of solvent,extraction time and extraction times were investigated,the content of index components were determined by HPLC.Result：Optimum extraction technology was as follows：refluxing extracted 3 times with 15 times the amount of 85% ethanol,1 h each time.Conclusion：This optimized extraction technology was stable and feasible with high extraction ratio,it could provide scientific basis for extraction of I.helenium.
