指纹图谱总量统计矩法对补阳还五汤分煎与合煎提取成分变化的影响  被引量:6

摘  要:目的:运用总量统计矩法,以HPLC指纹图谱方式,研究补阳还五汤分煎与合煎提取物中化学成分的差异。方法:以常规方法制备补阳还五汤分煎与合煎的提取物,并采用总量统计矩法对补阳还五汤的分煎与合煎提取物指纹图谱参数进行计算,比较参数的差异。结果:单个对照品统计矩加合参数与混合对照品统计矩参数比较可知,T,j=1的加合性为96.21%,■2r,i=1的加合性为129.6%,平均加合性为97.47%。单味药材统计矩加合参数与药材处方液统计矩参数比较可知T,j=1的加合性为70.50%,■2的加合性为81.97%,平均加合性为50.55%。结论:分煎与合煎提取物中化学成分组成存在差异,该法具有对指纹图谱进行加合性分析的功能。Objective:To study the composition change information of chromatographic fingerprint of Buyanghuanwu Decoction in the extraction single and together with total quantum statistical moment method(TQSM).Method:The extracts of Buyanghuanwu decoction were prepared by decocting single and together under the same process.The comparison was done between the different parameter of decocting single and together by TQSM.Result:Control article's additional parameter T,j=1 was 96.21%,■2r,i=1 was 129.6%,average additional parameter was 97.47%.Medical material's additional parameter T,j=1 was 70.50%,■2r,i=1 was 81.97%,average additional parameter was 50.55%.Conclusion:Its chemical substances are different between the two extracts.The TQSM was of the characters of additional properties for chromatographic fingerprint.
