摘 要:目的:分析鉴定山东产忍冬不同种质花蕾。方法:采用红外光谱三级鉴定法(红外光谱、二阶导数谱以及二维相关谱)对不同种质忍冬花蕾进行分析鉴定。结果:一维图谱上不同种质间相似度较大,均有3 371 cm-1处的O-H伸缩振动峰,2 924,2 853 cm-1处的-CH2处的伸缩振动峰,1 735 cm-1处的C=O伸缩振动峰,1 637 cm-1处的烯醚双键伸缩振动峰,1 051cm-1处的C-O伸缩振动峰,说明其主体成分相似;二阶导数红外图谱上,不同种质间在1 800~1 300 cm-1处差异明显;二维相关光谱中,不同种质间其峰强、峰形、峰位等均有较大差异。结论:利用傅立叶红外光谱三级鉴定技术可以鉴别不同种质来源的金银花药材。Objective: To analyze and identify the buds of different germplasm resources of Lonicera japonica Thunb.cultivated in ShanDong.Method: Multi-steps infrared macro-fingerprint method(infrared spectroscopy,secondary derivative spectroscopy and two dimensional correlation infrared spectroscopy) was used to analyze the buds of different germplasm resources of Lonicera japonica Thunb.Result: In the one-dimensional spectra,there have some similarity among different germplasm,appearing the absorption peak of-OH in 3 371 cm-1,the absorption peak of-CH2 in 2 924 cm-1 and 2 853 cm-1,the absorption peak of C=O in 1 735 cm-1,the absorption peak of =C-O in 1 637 cm-1 and the absorption peak of C-O in 1 637 cm-1.In the second derivative spectra,there have significant difference among different germplasm between 1 800 cm-1 and 1 300 cm-1.Otherwise,the 2D-IR correlation spectra also have significant differences in the absorption strength,frequency and form.Conclusion: The FTIR Analysis is effective for the identification of the buds of different germplasm resource.
