摘 要:文章用薄片、扫描电镜、能谱X射线衍射及粒度分析考查了酸化反应对四川低渗透砂岩储层中矿物组成及结构的影响。研究结果表明 ,绿泥石粘土矿物在盐酸中的酸蚀效果与第二代充填物的种类有关 ,当第二代充填物为碳酸盐、伊利石及石英时 ,分别为强溶蚀、部分溶蚀及几乎不溶蚀。氢氟酸溶蚀砂岩中各种碎屑及充填物的反应效果随酸化液中氢氟酸的有效浓度而变化。根据薄片分析有助于设计溶蚀率高、而孔隙骨架水遭到破坏的合适的酸化液配方。一定条件下用盐酸酸化砂岩可形成良好的酸蚀孔道。研究还认为 ,酸化反应机理的某些细节比我们预期的要复杂的多 ,这将有助于我们优化酸化增产措施。The influence of acidizing reaction on the mineral composition and texture of the low permeability sandstone reservoirs in Sichuan Basin is examined according to the data on the thin section,scanning electron microscope,spectroscopic X ray diffraction and grain size analyses in the paper.The research results show that the acid etching effects on chlorite clay minerals in hydrochloric acid are related to the categories of second generation fillers;while the second generation fillers are the carbonates,illites and quartzs,their acid etching effects belong to the strong erosion,partial erosion and little erosion respectively;the etching effect of hydrofluoric acid on the detrituses and fillers in sandstone is changed with its efficient concentration;thin section analysis is conducive to designing a suitable acidizing fluid formulation which possesses high erosion efficiency and can cause the pore framework water to be destroyed;and the fair acid etching channels may be formed in sandstone through acidizing by hydrochloric acid.Finally,it is pointed out that some details of acidizing reaction mechanism are much more complex than what we had expected before,which contributes to optimizing acid stimulation in the future.
