莱竹纤维/羊毛混纺强捻纱织物的开发

摘　　要：利用毛纺半精纺系统开发了莱竹纤维与羊毛混纺强捻纱,介绍了原料规格、染色方案和工艺路线,探讨了采用半精纺工艺纺制该纱线时需注意的问题,测试了纺制的纱线的性能指标。结果显示:该强捻纱条干均匀、强力较好,粗细节少,毛羽少。经过纺纱各道工序严格控制,纺纱过程并没有使纤维产生原纤化现象。利用该纱试织了轻薄型强捻纱织物,并测试了织物性能。结果表明,莱竹纤维与羊毛混纺可纺性好,织物强力高,耐摩擦,抗起球性能较好,表面光洁,色泽淡雅,悬垂性好,手感轻薄、挺爽,具有良好的服用性能。Hard twist yarn is developed by semi-worsted spinning system and the problem of spinning is investigated.The material specifications,dyeing method and process route are given.In this paper,the performance of the light fabric obtained from the hard twist yarn is examined.The obtained yarn has good yarn evenness,good strength,low slub and nip,low hairness.Through the controlled spinning process,the fibrillated yarn is avoided.At the same time,the light hard-twist-yarn fabric is obtained,and the performance is examined.The study results show that the spinning property of the blended yarn of Lycra/bamboo and wool spinning is good.The light fabric has strength low friction and low pilling.The wearing characteristics of the light fabric obtained is good,because of its smooth surface,elegant color,good drape,lightweight handling and good crispness.
