摘  要:将某选厂的磁选尾矿和反浮选尾矿按实际生产的产率比例混合后,进行铁矿物的回收试验。利用不同矿物间的相互载体作用进行反浮选,采用Slon-100周期式脉动高梯度磁选机进行抛尾,极大地提高了分选指标。采用两段磨矿,两段强磁选,两段弱磁选,反浮选工艺,试验最终得到产率7.54%,品位65.35%,回收率25.57%的铁精矿,以及产率8.69%,铁品位29.30%,回收率13.43%的中矿,最终尾矿品位为13.68%,与实际生产相比,精矿产率提高2.74%,回收率提高6.50%。Experiment on iron recovery from a mixture of magnetic separation tailings mixed with reverse flotation tailings in their actual yields was made for an ore-dressing plant.Reverse flotation was used to mixture by the inter-carrier effect of different minerals,Slon-100 cyclic pulsating high gradient magnetic separator was used to discard tailings,and the separation indexes was improved greatly.By two-stage grinding,two-stage high-intensity magnetic separation,two-stage low-intensity magnetic separation and reverse flotation,an iron concentrate was obtained,with yield of 7.54%,iron grade of 65.35% and recovery of 25.57%.And a middling product was obtained also,with yield of 8.69%,iron grade of 29.30% and recovery of 13.43%.The iron grade of final tailings was 13.68%.Compared with the actual production indexes,the yield of iron concentrate was increased by 2.74%,the iron recovery was increased 6.50%.
