摘 要:对一细粒复杂嵌布含硫酸盐脉石型赤铁矿矿石进行了选矿脱硅脱硫研究,提出了"强磁选+反浮选脱硅脱硫"工艺技术流程。在原矿品位αFe50.13%、αS1.38%的条件下,获得铁精矿品位βFe58.78%、βS0.46%,铁回收率εFe75.15%的试验指标,78.72%的硫元素被脱除进入尾矿。该流程适合于该类含硫酸盐的铁矿石资源的开发利用。A research on silicon and sulfur removal for the beneficiation of a fine hematite ore with a complex embedding relationships and the high content of sulfate was carried out.A flow-sheet consisting of high intensity magnetic separation and reverse flotation for silicon and sulfur removal was advanced.When the iron and sulfur contents of raw ore are αFe 50.13% and αS 1.38%,the more satisfactory test indexes were obtained: the iron and sulfur grades of iron concentrate ware βFe 58.78% and βS 0.46% respectively,the total iron recovery was εFe 75.15%,and total 78.72% of sulfur was removed to the tailing.This flow-sheet is appropriate for the utilization of iron ore resources containing sulfate.
