提高安徽某伴生多金属铜矿铜回收率的试验研究

摘  要:对某伴生多金属铜矿进行了回收率试验研究。试验采用磁-浮联合流程与中矿再磨相结合的方案,得到了含铜20.46%、回收率88.03%的铜精矿和含铁53.91%、含硫20.90%的高硫铁精矿。分析发现,中矿再磨后粗颗粒明显减少,各类矿物解离度得到提高,从而提高了铜回收率。Beneficiation experiment of multimetal-associated copper ore in Anhiu was carried out.With magnetic-flotation separation and regrinding of middling,test got a copper concentrate containing copper of 20.46% and with copper recovery of 88.03% and a high sulfur-bearing iron concentrate containing iron of 53.91% and with iron recovery of 20.90%.The analysis showed that after the regrinding of middling,the content of coarse particles in the separation significantly was reduced,the dissociation degree of copper and iron minerals was improved,so as to improve the copper recovery.
