摘　　要：运用产业结构调整和经济发展方式转变的基本理论,从国内与国外经济数据对比的角度分析我国产业结构优化中面临的现实困境。制度因素和技术因素是影响产业结构优化的关键因素,认为只有深化制度革新、推动技术进步与调整三次产业结构方能从根本上解决产业结构优化的实现问题。This paper applies the basic theory of industrial structure adjustment and economic development mode change to analyse the realistic difficulties of Industry structure optimization from the aspect of the contrast of domes- tic and foreign economic data. Then this paper analyses the reason of the realistic difficulties of Industry structure optimization from system factor and technological factor. In order to solve these problems fundamentally, we should deepen system reform, promote technological progress and adjust three industrial structure.
