摘　　要：针对近年来我国自然灾害频发和调度应急管理的实际现状,国网公司逐步启动了省公司备用调度、地县备用调度建设。嘉兴电力局成功建成了以"地县一体化、调控一体化、异地互备化"为特征的智能电网地县调控一体化异地互备技术支持系统,对浙江各地区地县备用调度技术支持系统建设具有很强的示范作用。In recent years,natural disasters occurred frequently in China.In order to improve the emergency management system of the power grid,the State Grid Corporation of China（SGCC） initiated the construction program of the reserve dispatching system for provinces,cities and counties.Jiaxing Electric Power Bureau successfully built up a supporting system of mutual backup in different locations for integration of dispatching and centralized supervisory under smart grid mode between the city and counties.It is a great example for other cities and counties of Zhejiang Province to build up a supporting system for backup dispatching.
