摘　　要：储采平衡是实现油田可持续发展的重要条件。本文提出了以提高储量采收率、动用率及实现资源接替为出发点规划勘探发展目标,完善效益指标体系,改进计划编制和考核办法,以实现从实物管理向价值管理转变的基本思路,和以此为原则进行勘探计划编制和业绩考核的具体作法,以及加强控制储量任务考核的有关问题。Reserve-production balance is an important conditionsfor an oil field to develop continually. This paper is fo-cused on formulation of exploration targets in light ofhigher recovery rate and producing rate to bring aboutsubstitution of resources. The basic principle is to perfectthe economic performance index system, improve for-mulation of plans and methods for verification and real-ize transition from material management to value man-agement. The concrete methods for formulation of explo-ration plans and verification of economic performanceshould be set on the basis of this principle. The effortsshould be made to tighten the control over the reserves.
