摘　　要：文章运用文献检索法、比较分析法评述了我国保障性住房体系的研究进展,分析了研究中存在的主要问题,并展望了我国保障性住房体系下一步的研究方向与重点。研究结果表明:我国保障性住房保障体系建设存在目标不明确、体系结构不完善、规划选址不合理与建设融资模式单一等问题。研究结论:完善保障性住房体系研究必须夯实保障性住房体系发展的理论基础,深化保障性住房体系发展关键问题研究,加强公共租赁住房发展创新研究。This article uses comprehensive literature and comparative analysis of method to comment on the Chinese security housing development progress system. The study results indicate that the development focus on the protection of our security housing system on issues such as housing eonstruction land security. The conclusion of the study is that： study on housing system of comprehensive protection must be solid theoretical basis for the development of affordable housing system, deepen the research on key problems of the social housing system development, strengthen the study on development and innovation of public rental housing.
