摘　　要：工程设计行业要在众多的设计单位中求生存和发展 ,工程设计质量尤为关键。取得ISO90 0 0标准质量体系认证是一个设计单位管理水平、技术水平、人员素质和装备水平等综合实力的反映。要保证质量体系的持续有效运行 ,首先必须加强质量体系宣传 ,贯彻培训并抓好对设计策划、设计评审和设计验证等关键环节的控制 ;同时还要加强对设计质量的监督检查并重视质量信息的反馈及分析处理 ,这样才能保障和提高工程设计质量。To acquire the ISO9000 standard quality system attestation is a reflection of the comprehensive strength of management and technique levels,personnel quality and equipment vevel of a design department.In order to insure continuous and effective operation of the quality system,first of all the proparganda,inplement and training of quality system should be strengthened and do well the design plot,design appraisal and examine and design test and verifying etc key links,in the meantime design quality supervision and examine should be strengthened and thinks highly the feedback and analysis of quality information so as to insure and enhance the engineering design quality.
