摘　　要：近年来,随着城市化的快速推进,城市空间逐渐由单中心向多中心转变,以往城市的边缘地区在区位上逐渐由边缘地带向城市中心地带转变,在功能和形态上都需要进行更新调整。然而受到现有土地利用、开发组织方式以及制度基础的交织影响,边缘区更新难以顺利实施,难以适应城市重构的需要。本文借鉴政治经济学相关理论,研究城市空间重构下边缘区功能、空间演化特征和机制,并以常州市清潭片区为对象进行实证研究,探讨其在转型阶段的发展诉求,为边缘区更新提供参考。In recent years, previous inner fringe areas are turning into one part of city center in space location, which brings the changes of functions and role on the development of inner fringe area. However, the regeneration of urban fringe area is difficult to be implemented continuously and cannot interact with other regions smoothly, which affects the effect of urban space reconstruction. The main objective of this article is taking Qingtan district as case to find the mechanism of these factors related to urban space reconstruction on inner fringe area and the causes leading to regeneration that is retarded. It is hoped that the finding will help to optimize the regeneration of fringe area.
