摘　　要：交际口才集口语表达能力、听话能力、体态表达能力、心理素质、情感表达能力、人际交往意识、人格魅力以及知识结构等多种要素于一体,是一个人综合素质的结晶。掌握说话艺术的人必须具备良好的道德素养、知识素养和艺术素养。提高交际口才,要充满自信,放松心态;要把握语言文字的知识,提高口语表达的技能;要善于寻找和别人谈话的交集;要发挥主导能力,使场面在自己的控制范围之中。同时,还要把握互尊性、倾听性、得体性原则,从而使交际产生良好的效果。Communicative eloquence,showing one＇s comprehensive quality,includes oral skills,listening comprehension,posture expression,mental qualities,emotional expression abilities,communicative awareness,personality charm and knowledge structures,and so on.One,who masters the art of speaking,must have good accomplishment on morality,knowledge and art.To improve communicative eloquence,one should behave as follows： Firstly,be confident and relax oneself;secondly,grasp the language well and expressive skills;thirdly,be good at finding the common topics with others;fourthly,play a leading role in conversations.Last but not least,both have to respect each other,listen carefully and behave decently to obtain a cheerful and effective communication.
