摘 要:目的对本实验室在降血脂药物研究中应用的各种高血脂动物模型进行归纳比较,以便根据不同的实验目的选择适合的动物模型。方法实验动物模型有大鼠、小鼠、鹌鹑,用于造模的高脂饲料和脂肪乳剂的配方也各有差别,实验周期不尽相同。结果通过血液生化指标检测发现,大、小鼠高血脂模型更适用于降高胆固醇和降低密度脂蛋白的药物的筛选研究;鹌鹑高血脂模型形成较快较明显,比较适合降血脂药物的初筛,但数据差异较大;高脂饲料和脂肪乳剂用于高血脂造模各有优缺点。结论不同造模动物、不同造模方法各有其特点,可根据实验目的进行选用。Objective To summarize various animal models of hyperlipidemia applying in hypolipidemic experiments in our laboratory. Methods The animal models varied in some respects: the animals explored (mouse, SD rat and quail), the prescriptions of gastric perfusion intralipid and high fat diet, the experimental periods. Result According to the serum biochemical detection, the hyperlipidemia models of rat and mouse were more suitable for screening the drugs of derucing high cholesterol high low-density lipoprotein. Quail model formed faster and more obvious, which was more suitable for lipid-lowering drug preliminary screening, but the individual variation was very significant. Each model has its own advantages and disadvantages. Conclusion The models with different animals, prescriptions and experimental periods have their own characteristics, which would be chosen according to the experimental purposes.
