摘　　要：安全文化是航空公司的主体文化。结合航空公司安全管理体系建设实践,详细阐述了国际民航组织推广的积极的航空安全文化,即知情文化、学习文化、报告文化、正义文化,并深入探讨了航空公司如何建设安全文化的问题,为我国航空公司安全文化建设提供决策参考。Safety culture is the main culture of an airline.The essentials of the positive safety culture promoted by ICAO including informed culture,learning culture,reporting culture and justice culture are described.The subject of how building the aviation safety culture is discussed in detail so as to provide references for improvement of aviation safety management.
