摘　　要：对桥梁抗震设计的发展历程,以及目前国内外主要的抗震设计规划的现状进行了回顾与总结,在此基础上,阐述了基于性能的桥梁抗震设计理论思想,重点分析了其方法和特点,最后对其发展方向进行了展望。This paper reviews and summarizes the bridge seismic design history and major seismic design and planning status at home and a- broad, based on which the performance-based seismic design theory of birdges is described, and then introduces its methods and characteristics. In the end, it makes a prospect on the development orientation.
