摘　　要：介绍了模型预估控制的特点和基本算法。重点论述了催化裂化装置先进控制系统的设计与实施 ,包括控制目标确定、控制器设计原则、模型建立方法以及实施步骤 ,操纵变量、被控变量和干扰变量的组成和选择原则。Features of model predicting control and basic calculation methods were introduced.Design and implementation of advanced control system for FCCU were discussed ,including control target determination,design rules for controller,establishing methods and implementing steps,items and selecting rules for operating variables,controlled variables and disturbance variables.Successful implementation of advanced control system developed by LPEC in the III RFCCU of Maoming Petrochemical Company has created vast economic benefits.It will be extended to other units.
