摘 要:为提高重型数控机床的加工质量与效率,提出一种基于数值模拟与优化算法相结合的加工工艺参数优化方法。通过为重型数控机床的加工过程所构造的非线性动力学模型,建立加工工艺参数与加工表面粗糙度的映射关系,以加工工艺参数组合为决策变量,以加工表面粗糙度和加工尺寸精度等为目标函数,建立重型数控机床加工工艺参数多目标数学优化模型,并采用网格直接寻优算法对数学优化模型进行寻优求解,最终得到重型数控机床的最优加工工艺参数组合。以某重型数控机床的铣削加工过程为例进行实例验证,并通过对比单目标优化结果验证了该多目标优化方法的优越性。To improve the machining process quality and efficiency of heavy-duty Computer Numerical Control(CNC)machine tools,a machining process parameters optimization method based on the combination of numerical simulation and optimization algorithm was proposed.By building a nonlinear dynamic model for heavy-duty CNC machine tools' machining process,the mapping relationship of machining process parameter with surface roughness was set up.Taking process parameters as decision variables,and surface roughness as well as machining size accuracy as objective function to establish heavy-duty CNC machining process parameters multiobjective mathematical optimization model,and direct grid optimization algorithm was used to solve the mathematical optimization model.Thus the optimal machining process parameters combination of heavy-duty CNC machine tools was obtained.A heavy-duty CNC milling process was taken as an example to show the superiority of the multiobjective optimization method by comparing the results of single-objective optimization.
