摘 要:介绍了熔融静电纺丝法的基本原理和特征,对其在组织工程领域上的应用进行了总结,并对其发展前景进行展望。熔融静电纺丝过程无需使用溶剂,生产过程具有环境友好性,电纺纤维无毒,生产效率高,正逐渐受到广泛关注。研究发现,由微/纳米纤维复合而成的组织工程支架可以提供更好的细胞微环境。Electrospinning is not only the most effective methods for fabricating tissue engineering scaffolds but also an efficient approach to prepare microfibers and nanofibers.Compared with solution electrospinning,melt electrospinning attracts more and more attention,because the production process is environmentally friendly,high efficiency,does not need solutions and the fibers are non-toxic.Scaffolds synthesized by electrospun nanofibers supported cell adhesion,attachment and reproduction,but not contributed to cell penetration,Scaffolds prepared by micro-fibers can provided larger pores,supported cell penetration,but not in favor of cell adhesion.Scaffolds fabricated by microfibers and nanofibers provided better microenvironment for the cell attachment,migration and growth.The basic principle and characteristics of melt electrospinning were described and the applications in tissue engineering were reviewed.At last,the melt electrospinning and its application prospects were introduced.
