摘 要:随着对复杂适应系统理论的深入研究,基于复杂适应系统的多主体经济仿真研究成为研究经济系统的一个重要方法。采用基于离散事件的多主体经济系统仿真建模方法,构建了一个以政府为主的多层级多部门的财政资金流动仿真模型,然后从属性集、事件集和规则库等3个方面对仿真主体进行了详细的仿真设计,并开发实现了这一资金流动仿真平台,对政府日常经济行为进行了模拟分析,为进一步进行多主体经济仿真研究提供了一定的经验参考与技术支持。Multi-agent simulation based on complex adaptive system becomes an important method to discuss economic system with complex adaptive system theory development.The multi-agent economic simulation technology based on discrete event was employed to construct a simulation model of the fiscal capital flow.The model was a multi-department and multi-level simulation system model with government capital flow as a core.Then,the agents of the system were designed in detail from three aspects:property set,event table,and rule base.Finally,the capital flow simulation platform was developed and implemented by the multi-agent economic system simulation technology.The daily economic behaviors of government were analyzed in simulation.The simulation platform provides economic reference and technical support for further study on multi-agent economy simulation.
