摘 要:针对新能源产业中能够应用于新能源并网发电的储能技术评价问题,提出了基于粗糙集的储能技术评价方法。该方法首先在构建新能源产业中储能技术系统评价指标的基础上,建立储能技术评价信息系统;然后利用粗糙集对评价指标进行属性约简,并利用粗糙集差别矩阵属性重要度确定约简后的评价指标权重;最后得出各储能技术的评价值。实证结果表明,该方法以评价对象的客观数据为依据来确定其综合评价值,提高了评价的准确性和合理性。As to the evaluation of energy storage technology which is suitable for new energy integration in new energy industry,an evaluation method based on rough set was proposed to evaluate the energy storage technologies in new energy industry.This method firstly applied rough set to reduce the evaluation criteria of energy storage technology.Then the weights of reduced evaluation criteria were derived by rough set discernibility matrix.Finally,the final evaluation of each energy storage technology was obtained.The result of case study indicates this method could improve the accuracy and rationality of evaluation due to the final evaluation obtained by this method is completely determined by objective data.
