摘　　要：以C6132型普通车床为研究对象,采用GSK928TE数控系统对C6132型普通车床进行数控技术改造的方法,成功地将C6132型普通车床改造成为C6132型数控车床。阐述了GSK928TE数控系统的系统配置、功能及GSK928TE数控系统在普通车床上的应用,讨论了C6132型普通车床电气控制设计的改造及其改造后的效果。改造后的数控车床系统分辨率纵向为0.001mm,横向为0.0005mm,大大提高了机械零件的加工精度。为企业技术改造提供了一种途径。C6132-type lathe for the study,the use of GSK928TE type CNC lathe for C6132 transformation method for NC,successfully transformed into C6132 C6132 type lathe CNC lathe.Described GSK928TE CNC system configuration,functions and GSK928TE CNC applications in the lathe,to discuss the C6132-based design of electrical control lathe and after transformation,the transformation effect.After transformation,vertical CNC lathe system resolution is 0.001mm,horizontal to 0.0005mm,greatly improving the precision of mechanical parts.For business transformation provides a way.
