摘　　要：选用安诺可隆SD分散染料/L型活性染料组合,对涤棉针织物进行短流程染色,探讨了还原清洗、染色工艺和分散染料对棉组分的沾色等染色效果的影响。结果表明,安诺可隆SD分散染料具有良好的碱可洗性,与L型活性染料拼色染涤棉针织物,可以省略还原清洗工序,得色量和染色牢度较好,从而可实现短流程染色。Shortened dyeing process of polyester/cotton knits is carried out with selected ANOCRON SD disperse dyes and ANOZOL L reactive dyes. The influences of reduction cleaning, dyeing processes and the staining of disperse dyes to cotton on/O＇S value and color fastness are discussed. The results show that ANOCRON SD disperse dyes feature good alkaline washability. Reduction cleaning procedure is not necessary when polyester/cotton knits is dyed together with ANOCRON SD disperse dyes and L-type reactive dyes. The dyed knits have good color yield and color fastness.
