摘  要:在电厂热能动力设备设计制造,火电厂设计安装、安全经济运行、热力系统优化和节能技术改造等方面,热力系统的经济性计算分析都发挥着极为重要的作用。分析法以平衡原理为基础,为评价能量的"量"和"质"提供了一个统一的尺度。根据平衡原理,对单个控制体建立平衡模型,并针对一般的热力系统,推导损分布矩阵方程。文中以N1000-25/600/600机组热力系统为例,推导损分布矩阵,并在Matlab软件中建立损分布模型,分别对机组在TRL、T-MCR、THA、70%THA、50%THA及40%THA工况下,计算损分布及效率,比较不同工况下各个控制体损和效率的变化。In design and manufacture of power plant thermal power equipment, design and installation of power plant, safe operation of thermal power plant, power plant thermal system optimization and energy-saving technological transformation and so on, economic calculation of power plant thermal system played an extremely important role. Exergy analysis considered exergy balance principle of control body as the basis, and provides a unified scale for the evaluation of the energy of the "quantity" and "quality". According to exergy balance principle, exergy balance model was established for a single control volume, and exergy loss distribution matrix equation was derived For the general thermal system. With the thermal system of N1000-25/600/600 unit as an example, exergy loss distribution matrix of the unit was derived, the model of exergy loss distribution was established in Matlab software. In the TRL, T- MCR, THA, 70% THA, 5% THA and 40% THA conditions, exegy loss and exergy efficiency were respectively calculated. In different conditions, exergy loss and exergy efficiency changes were compared in each control volume.
