摘 要:为满足铝电解电容器的缩体要求,对比研究了使用6种电解纸制作引线式缩体105℃400V68μm铝电解电容器(φ18 mm×25 mm)时的电容器芯包外径、芯包短路、芯组浸渍、一次老化合格情况以及电解纸对电容器电参数和可靠性的影响。结果表明,使用总厚度为60μm的W165-40和W180-20电解纸,并调整浸渍工艺,可使产品具有良好的性价比。In order to fulfill the small size requirement of high voltage aluminum electrolytic capacitor,small size 105 ℃ 400 V 68 μm radial aluminum electrolytic capacitors(φ18 mm×25 mm) were prepared with 6 kinds of electrolytic paper.The diameter,short-circuit,dipping and durability of the prepared capacitor cores were studied,and the effects of electrolytic paper on the electrical parameters and reliability of the capacitors were investigated.The results show that the aluminum electrolytic capacitors fabricated with 60 μm thick electrolytic papers(W165-40 plus W180-20) and modified dipping process show a good performance but low cost.
