摘　　要：作为20世纪70年代政府再造运动的一项核心内容,公共部门绩效管理在西方各国蓬勃展开并日趋成熟。其实施很好地解决了政府公共管理实践存在的问题。我国目前正处于转轨时期,政府公共部门绩效管理水平较低。因此,结合我国政府绩效管理存在的问题,借鉴西方国家绩效管理的先进经验,对于加快我国政府公共行政体制改革,建设服务型政府,具有重要的意义。As a core content of the government＇s reengineering sport in 1970s,the public sector performance management is spreading out flourishingly and becoming mature in western countries.The implementation results well solved the practice problems of all the government＇s public management.China is now in the transition period,the level of government＇s public sector performance management is low.So,it has an important enlightenment to speed up the government public administrative system reform and build a service-oriented government by combining China＇s government performance management problems with the advanced experience of western countries＇ performance management.
