4种漱口液对铜绿假单胞菌抑制效果的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨4种漱口液对铜绿假单胞菌的抑制效果,为肿瘤放化疗合并口腔铜绿假单胞菌感染患者更有针对性地选择漱口液提供依据。方法实验以铜绿假单胞菌为研究对象,将其分成实验组和对照组,实验组采用临床常用4种漱口液:0.5%聚维酮碘溶液、0.02%醋酸氯己定溶液、复方氯己定含漱液、0.1%西吡氯铵含漱液,对照组采用生理盐水,观察4种漱口液的抑菌效果。结果在不同时间点上4种漱口液的抑菌效果均不相同,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。实验组4种漱口液作用后的活菌数量与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中,实验组0.5%聚维酮碘溶液作用后的活菌数量明显低于其他3种漱口液,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 0.5%聚维酮碘溶液、0.02%醋酸氯己定溶液、复方氯己定含漱液、0.1%西吡氯铵含漱液4种漱口液对铜绿假单胞菌均有抑制作用,其中0.5%聚维酮碘溶液的抑菌效果最明显。Objective To explore the bacteriostatic effect of different gargles on pseudomonas aeruginosa in the mouth,and to provide basis for selecting corresponding gargle and improve the quality of oral nursing.Methods Pseudomonas aeruginosa was chosen as the research subject in this experiment,which included experiment groups and the control group.In experiment groups,the 0.5% povidone-iodine solution,0.02% chlorhexidine acetate solution,compound chlorhexidine mouthwash and 0.1% cetylpyridinium chloride gargle were applied respectively,while in control group,the physiological saline was used.The antibacterial effects of four gargle liquids were observed.Results The antibacterial effects of different mouthwashes indicated statistical differences at different time（P0.05）.The number of viable in experiment groups was significantly lower than that in control group（P0.05）.In the group with the 0.5% povidone-iodine solution,the number of viable was significantly lower than those in groups with other three kinds of mouthwashes（P0.05）.Conclusion Four kinds of gargle liquids in experiment groups all have antibacterial effects on pseudomonas aeruginosa within oral hygiene.Compared with other three,the 0.5% povidone-iodine solution is effective.
