摘 要:以从美国引进的34个杂交冬青照片品种为材料,对其适应性和扦插繁殖技术进行了研究。结果表明:34个杂交冬青栽培品种栽植的成活率在80%以上,其中以光滑冬青系列成活率最高,达100%;适合光滑冬青扦插的基质为珍珠岩∶泥炭土(3∶1),激素为HorI;不同品种间扦插的成活率存在较大差异,以光滑冬青Ilexglabra最好(90.5%~100%),美洲冬青Ilex verticillata最差(47.5%~64.3%)。34 Ilex cultivars were introduced to Changsha from USA,the adaptability and cutting propagation technology were studied.It was showed that the survive rate were more than 80% in all of the 34 cultivars.The cultivars of Ilex glabra have the best in survive(100%).The suited medium was turves∶perlite(3∶1) and hormone was HorI.There were significant different in survive rate of cultivars.The survive rates were from 90.5% to 100% in cultivars of Ilex glabra,and only from 47.5% to 64.3% in Ilex verticillata cultivars.
