摘 要:以20个桉树树种和杂交子代的花粉为研究对象,通过扫描电镜分析花粉显微结构特征。结果表明:(1)桉树花粉微观形态具有高度一致性,都属于小孢粉(10~25μm)。极面观为钝三角形,赤道面观为椭圆形,属于三环孔沟类型。萌发沟细长,沟缘不整齐,直达两极汇合形成合沟或者副合沟,沟膜多为颗粒状纹饰。花粉外壁光滑或者具有纹饰。(2)桉树不同树种在花粉粒的大小、萌发器官及外壁纹饰的细微特征上均表现出明显差异,可作为桉树种间鉴别的重要手段。(3)花粉微观形态可作为分析亲本与杂交子代关系的指标之一,为杂交品种的鉴定与表现型预测提供科学依据。Morphological and ultra-structure characters of 20 Eucalyptus species and progenies were examed by means of scanning electron microscop.The results indicate that Eucalyptus pollens were microspore(10~25 μm)and in a high consistence.Polar view was a obtuse triangle,equatorial view was ellipse,the germinal furrow long and thin,gully edge was not tidiness,then extens two polar together.Colpus membrane had more granular adorning;and the germinature inner hole slender in the middle of germinature furrow.The exine was smooth or had some fuzzy sculpture.The size of Eucalyptus pollen,germinature organ features and the fine-features in exine sculpture showed some significant differences in the different species of Eucalyptus,which could be important indexes of the relationships between the parents and their descendants,and can provide a scientific basis for identificating the species' and predicting the species' phenotype.
