不同质量浓度吲哚乙酸对杨树硬枝扦插生根的影响

摘　　要：采用5种不同质量浓度(100、200、300、400、500 mg/L)的IAA(吲哚乙酸)激素浸泡杨树硬枝插穗,且插穗在每种质量浓度的激素中分别浸泡15、30 min,然后进行扦插,观察其生根情况,以此比较IAA激素在不同质量浓度、不同浸泡时间对杨树扦插生根的影响。结果表明:IAA 200 mg/L、浸泡15 min的处理最适宜杨树插穗生根。The Populus spp.lower ends were soaked in 100,200,300 400,500 mg/L IAA solutions for 15 and 30 minutes to study the effects of IAA on poplar hardwood cuttings under different rooting concentration and time.Then the soaked hardwood cuttings were planted and observed.The rooting rates of different mass concentration,different cutting time were compared.The results show the most suitable concentration and soaking time for the cutting propagation were solution 200 mg/L and 15 minutes.
