摘  要:为了探讨昌化江流域生态经济可持续发展评价机制,以昌化江流域内7个市县为基本单位,综合考虑流域生态经济系统聚合性的特征,遵循科学性和系统性的原则建立昌化江流域生态经济可持续发展指标体系,将其分为3个层次(目标层、准则层、指标层),包含3个子系统(生态子系统、经济子系统、社会子系统),共19项指标,利用熵值法对昌化江流域生态经济系统的可持续发展进行研究。结果表明:影响昌化江流域生态经济可持续发展的最重要指标权重值在0.06~0.08之间,最次要的指标权重值在0.03~0.04之间;昌化江流域生态经济可持续发展存在空间差异性,五指山市处于最佳发展状态,综合得分为0.882 5,综合得分处于中上水平的为琼中县(0.823 4)、保亭县(0.843 1)、乐东县(0.716 7)、白沙县(0.808 1),较为有利于生态经济的发展,但是下游的昌化县(0.642 6)和东方市(0.651 7)的综合得分处于最低端,阻碍了昌化江流域生态经济的发展。同时,分析了影响昌化江流域生态经济系统可持续发展的重要因子和重点区域。In order to study eco-economical sustainable development evaluation mechanism for Changhua River Basin,based on the 7 cities of Changhua River Basin,comprehensively considering polymerization characteristic of the basin's ecological economic system,eco-economical sustainable development indicators system were established by following the scientific and systematic principles.The system was divided into three levels(destination level,criterion level,index layer),contained three second-grade system(ecological subsystem,economic subsystem.social subsystem),totally including 19 indicators.The eco-economical sustainable development system for Changhua River Basin was studied by using Entropy method.The results show that(1) the most important index weight value,which influenced the eco-economical sustainable development in Changhua River Basin,was within 0.06~0.08,the secondary index weight value was within 0.03~0.04;(2)Spatial differences existed in Changhua River Basin.,Changhua River Basin is divided into three kinds of development zones of comprehensive state score,they are as follows: Wuzhishan city(0.882 5) is the excellent development zone;: Qiongzhong county(0.823 4),Baoting county(0.843 1),Baisha county(0.808 1),Ledong county(0.716 7) are upper middle level and good development zones;Changhua county(0.612 6) and Dongfang city(0.651 7),located at the lower reaches,had lower scores,are the poor development zones.According to the results,the important factors and the key regions that affected Changhua River Basin's eco-economical system sustainable development were analyzed.
